Manju Ashok Melwani

Manju has been a facilitator and educator with experience across the Asia-Pacific region since 1985. She has run training programs for the employees and management of both the private and public sector enterprises.

Besides workshops and seminars in the field of Creativity and Innovation, Systemic Constellations, Emotional Intelligence and Diversity, and others, Manju is also a coach and counselor in private practice.

She has won Singapore’s prestigious National Training Award and Trainer Dedication Award by S.P.R.I.N.G. Singapore in 1991 and 1998 respectively. In YPO, Manju co-facilitated ‘Playful Reflections’ which won the South East Asia Regional Award for The Most Innovative Event 2012.

Kris Ang

Kris has been a trainer, facilitator, and coach for the past 27 years and for the past 17 years as a YPO & WPO Certified Trainer. With experiences spanning with Mandarin Singapore, in designing and conducting customer service and frontline training programs in Singapore as well as at JC Mandarin in Shanghai, China. Other experiences in training include with ERA and Wilson Learning.

Key focus on authentic conversations to CEOs, family in business, couples, team leaders and entrepreneurs.

An avid poet and artist who uses these mediums to elevate empowerment, accountability and wisdom within individuals. She is also the author of the poetry book, StEpS: Journey to Self-Empowerment available in Amazon.

Johnben Loy

Johnben is a family therapist who holds a unique expertise in the intersection of mental health, leadership, and family, who is also passionate about helping people to grow in self-awareness and relational mastery. He has been engaged as a facilitator/speaker by organizations such as Menarini Group, UBS, Credit Suisse, Great Eastern Life Assurance, and Family Business Network. From 2011 to 2017, he held a monthly radio talk show on Malaysia’s premier business radio station, BFM 89.9.

Johnben has been a resource for YPO since 2010, curating and facilitating events such as “Finding Individuality Within a Family Business” (2010), “Founders and Successors: Dynasting the Asian Family Business” (2011 Global Conference Call), “Leaving A Legacy” (2016, award for Best Business Event for Southeast Asia), and “Couples Supercharge” (2018). He became a YPO CFF in 2018. In 2010, he founded Rekindle Therapy, the premier marriage and family therapy centre in Malaysia.

Lillian Beh

Lilian is an executive coach and facilitator with over 16 years of experience working with executives, boards of directors, leadership teams and entrepreneurs using a combination of courage and compassion to bring forth the shifts and changes that they aspire to.

Lilian draws from her experience in multinational organizations like Oracle and SAP and working with global and local conglomerates across the SEA region( Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia) bringing added richness and understanding to her clients. Lilian is a pioneer and founding member of Innovative Formula group which now operates in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Lilian has been a partner member of YPO since 2014, served on the executive committee of YPO Indonesia(2016-2019) and is a fervent advocate of forum as a safe space to explore our individual and collective stories.

Shyamli Rathore

Shyamli is CEO and Founder of Sidman Learning Solutions – a consulting firm based in Gurgaon, India which offers customized leadership development solutions for senior leaders across industries. Since 2011, Shyamli has been an empaneled facilitator with Harvard Business School Publishing designing and facilitating workshops and webinars globally for senior leadership. She is an expert in virtual learning having facilitated 600+ webinars for Harvard Business Publishing.

She has facilitated 400+ workshops for CEOs and senior leaders of several Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries such as IT Services, Analytics, Energy, Banking and Financial Services.

Shyamli has been a Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) for YPO (Young President’s Organization) since 2016.

Sanjay has had much managerial, consulting and leadership experience. He is on the advisory board for various global companies, engaged at the CEO and CFO level for business excellence, Corporate strategy, Family business strategies, Operations strategy and led multiple large scale business strategy and transformation projects.

Anthony Tan

Anthony Tan is an organizational development consultant and executive coach with over 25 years experience working with senior management in multinational organizations and global family businesses.

He is a certified Young Presidents Organization Mentoring and Forum facilitator and has been running retreats since 1999 to bring members to bond closer together quickly. He has facilitated senior management teams in leadership development, relationship building and strengthening team dynamics.

Anthony has post graduate qualifications from INSEAD with an approach to clinical organizational consulting and coaching to help clients understand both conscious and unconscious dynamics at personal and organizational levels.

Amy Fung

Amy is a seasoned finance executive who now works as an executive coach, trainer and facilitator. She is passionate about helping people find their true core values and excel in their chosen professions.

Before becoming a coach, Amy has over 20 years’ corporate experience working at several multinational PR and advertising companies as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director, Greater China and Hong Kong.  She also worked with Thrive Global as their Head of Training, for Greater China from 2016-2021.   As a coach and facilitator, Amy makes use of her corporate experience to support her  management, leadership and personal. clients in achieving their goals- 

Amy is an ICF PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner.  She is also a YPO CFF and a certified practitioner for MBTI and Harrison Assessment.
