
Maria Eugenia Azpurua de Sosa
Maria, born in Caracas, Venezuela into a family of 10 siblings experienced an early interest in interpersonal relationships, appreciation for diversity, tolerance, respect, and acceptance.
She is a graduate of the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and the Universidad de Carabobo in Venezuela, where she studied law. After practicing law for several years, she ventured into entrepreneurial projects. During these years Maru found her passion while working in Human Resources. This inspired her to train and obtain personal and executive certifications in personal growth and leadership. Since 2011, she has been a facilitator and trainer in the field of positive psychology. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integral Wellbeing and a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) professional having studied at LM Consultores, Valencia, Venezuela.

Janelia Rodriguez
Janelia is a Psychologist specialising in facilitating processes that improve growth and development of leaders by providing tools that help team members and groups generate order within their organizations as well as within their families.
She works in group sessions to find and enhance people’s inner strength providing guidance on how to best use their abilities to be able to handle difficult interactions and make life impactful decisions in an assertive way.
Founder of the consulting company COE Consulting with more than 20 years of experience in managing change processes for organizations and individuals, Janelia is also the Co-founder of the Wellness School, an institution based on gratitude and forgiveness.
