Upside for Forums

Upside’s unique approach enhances the professional/family/personal YPO forum experience. Upside allows forums and personal/professional development groups to have deep dive learning conversations. The focus is on exploring individual and shared challenges and opportunities. The process is intentionally helpful as all forum members participate through reflecting on what questions are triggered in their own lives and what resources can assist a member’s journey to action change.

Forums are trained to use Upside in a 1.5-day in person experience. The purpose of the retreat is for group/forum members to have an intensive individual and group growth experience and to be trained to use Upside in their meetings as a problem exploration and action system. Upside involves the forum in coaching a coachee to work through a problem situation, to gain clarity and to think about possible, needed change and action. Each forum member develops a coaching question and by the end of the training, forums will have the confidence they can accelerate their individual and forum growth by using Upside in their meetings.
