Michelle Rolfe

Michelle is a Personal Business Branding coach with over 30 years of experience working with global brands, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Her specialisation lies in guiding clients through the process of crafting an authentic narrative, with the primary goal of elevating their businesses.

Utilising various coaching tools, Michelle delves deep, asking probing questions, outlining success scenarios, and visually navigating challenges. This approach identifies limiting beliefs, broadens perspectives through feedback and resources, leading to a commitment to genuine transformation.

Michelle believes in the dynamic partnership between personal branding and entrepreneurship. Crafting an atypical point of view, delivered authentically to your ideal audience, is key to standing out and resonating with your target audience.

People connect with individuals, not just brands, seeking the human touch, stories, and vulnerabilities that make us relatable. Personal business branding humanises us, allowing others to see the person behind the brand.

Personal business branding is a transformative journey of self-discovery and authentic expression, where expertise is harnessed, solutions are provided, and the individual behind the brand is unveiled. It serves as a powerful testament to your expertise and acts as an ode to your authentic self. Throughout this journey, coaching plays an invaluable role, guiding and shaping the path to creating a distinctive personal business brand.
