UPSIDE™
Book a 30-minute conversation with Maryanne Mooney to explore
whether the methodology is right for your work.
Breakthroughs are rarely accidental. They occur when thinking is externalised, patterns are revealed, and identity aligns with action
Conversations stay at the surface
Insight does not translate into change
Clients circle the same patterns
Coaching conversations lack structure
Upside™ is a visually grounded, systems informed coaching methodology developed through five years of in-person immersion and refined through applied practice.
It integrates principles from systems thinking, depth psychology, and adult development to address the dynamic relationship between identity, belief structures, behaviour, emotion, and environment. Rather than isolating problems, Upside™ works with the underlying architecture that sustains them.
Practitioners accredited
across five continents
Live sessions to full accreditation
Accreditation is delivered in a small, application-based cohort designed for experienced practitioners capable of engaging with conceptual complexity and disciplined practice. Across three live sessions, participants move from conceptual understanding to applied fluency. Accreditation requires demonstration of methodological competence and the ability to facilitate the process with confidence and discernment. You become an Upside™ Catalyst, a practitioner capable of working with the invisible systems shaping human behaviour, leadership, and change.
Upon completion, you will be recognised as an Upside™ Accredited Catalyst, authorised to facilitate the Upside™ methodology in one-to-one coaching settings, both virtually and in person. Other applications, including Upside™ for Teams and Peer Forums, are available through advanced training sessions.
Designed for experienced practitioners who want to deepen the sophistication of their work and integrate a systems-based methodology into their practice.
It is particurarly suited to:
This programme assumes prior experience in working with clients. It is not introductory training.

UPSIDE™
Many experienced coaches reach a point where traditional conversations no longer feel sufficient. Insight emerges, but change does not always follow.
Upside™ provides a clear, visual methodology that helps practitioners work with the deeper systems shaping behaviour, identity, and decision making.
Rather than relying solely on conversation, Upside™ enables coaches to externalise thinking, reveal hidden patterns, and guide clients toward meaningful action.
Upside™ gives practitioners a structured way to facilitate the kind of transformation many coaches aspire to create.
Graduates often report 3 immediate benefits:
