Accreditation is delivered in a small, application-based cohort designed for experienced practitioners capable of engaging with conceptual complexity and disciplined practice. Across three live sessions, participants move from conceptual understanding to applied fluency. Accreditation requires demonstration of methodological competence and the ability to facilitate the process with confidence and discernment. You become an Upside™ Catalyst, a practitioner capable of working with the invisible systems shaping human behaviour, leadership, and change.

Upon completion, you will be recognised as an Upside™ Accredited Catalyst, authorised to facilitate the Upside™ methodology in one-to-one coaching settings, both virtually and in person. Other applications, including Upside™ for Teams and Peer Forums, are available through advanced training sessions.

What You Will Learn

Upside™ is more than a set of steps. It is a way of seeing and working.
Across three live three-hour sessions, you will develop the conceptual and practical mastery required to apply Upside™ confidently in complex human systems with individual clients.

SESSION 1

The Architecture of the Method

You will explore the systemic foundations of Upside™ and understand how identity, belief structures, behaviour, emotion, and environment function as an integrated living system.

You will learn to:

  • Map challenges as dynamic systems rather than isolated issues
  • Identify leverage points for meaningful intervention
  • Understand the Upside™ 1 on 1 coaching methodology
You will experience the methodology as a coach and coachee before facilitating it with others.

SESSION 2

Advanced Facilitation

This session deepens your capacity to work at identity level.

You will refine your ability to:

  • Surface unconscious patterns with discernment and care
  • Navigate resistance, complexity, and ambiguity
  • Distinguish between surface narrative and systemic drivers
  • Facilitate shifts that move beyond insight into structural change

Extended practice and feedback will strengthen your authority and precision.

SESSION 3

Application & Accreditation

You will apply Upside™ to real world scenarios, including intake sessions and high complexity client work.

You will learn to:

  • Demonstration of methodological fluency
  • Position Upside™ coherently within your existing practice
  • Accreditation assessment

Upside™ has been delivered through in person retreats for over five years and refined through immersive practice. Following a successful online accreditation pilot, the methodology is now available to a broader community of coaches and facilitators ready to integrate it into their work.
