Jules is a storyteller, EOS Implementer®, retreat facilitator, foodie, and board member.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, Jules developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build successful ventures. As an EOS Implementer®, Jules is well-versed in the systems and processes that drive sustainable growth for leadership teams. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Jules is deeply involved in the YPO community as a member and facilitator. He served as a Global Event Champion and Global Onboarding, leveraging his communications and coaching skills to support and enhance the YPO experience for new members worldwide. Jules also serves as Global LDW Champion (Leadership Development Workshop), Global ECW Facilitator (Event Champion Workshop), Regional Membership Officer, Chapter Chair.

Linda Schmidt
Linda is a leadership trainer, facilitator, individual/team coach and passionate about supporting others to unlock their true potential. Drawing from her unique blend of South African and American influences, Linda’s coaching methodologies are profoundly shaped by the ancient African philosophy of Ubuntu, which emphasizes compassion, collaboration and the interconnectedness in leadership.
Linda’s educational background is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a Masters in Business. She is CEO of LKS Consulting. She is a seasoned coach trained and certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Co-Active Coach Training Institute (CTI). Additional education and accreditation in leadership are from Harvard Business School and certification as an Upside Catalyst Coach.
Linda teaches at CTI to foster group synthesis and promote individual transformation. Her cross-cultural retreats have garnered acclaim for their ability to create profound shifts in participants’ lives. Notably, Linda organized a YPO retreat to South Africa that received the accolade of the best global chapter retreat in 2015. Motivated by her unwavering belief in the power of catalysts, Linda’s work leads to other’s transformative experiences – leaving a lasting impact.

Jill Pillsbury
Jill is a Certified Life Coach living in Southern California. Drawing on a successful business background, real world experiences and coaching expertise, she is passionate about empowering individuals, teams and families in both their personal and professional lives.
Through her direct yet compassionate coaching style, Jill empowers her clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. She is a firm believer in fostering self-awareness and personal growth, equipping her clients with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Robert Becker
Robert has been active in YPO and YPO Gold for more than two decades. His business experience extends across many enterprises he has owned. Business interests vary from banking to manufacturing. Robert successfully sold his third-generation family bank, and as a result, gained valuable insight into the dynamics of family ownership issues. His previous direct business ownership extends to companies in animation art distribution, restaurants, software development and security. Robert continues to own and manages an ISO aerospace manufacturing company and real estate investment company.
Most people describe Robert as innovative and out of the box. Robert believes strongly in what forum and teams bring to leaders and organizations. He wants to help you with practical skills – from small tune-ups to something more profound to explore during your retreat. Let’s find it together.

Barry Kaplan
Barry inspires leaders and their teams to declare what they want, and coaches them to access their power, which enables them to make it happen. Recognizing his signature strengths of identifying untapped potential in individuals and groups – coupled with decades of success in inspiring people and building teams, in 2008 Barry chose to follow his passion and use his talents as an executive coach for entrepreneurs, leaders and their teams.
He has coached hundreds of executives and works extensively with leadership teams, boards and small groups. Barry recently co-authored a book entitled, The Power Of Vulnerability: How to Create a Team of Leaders by Shifting Inward, inspired by his own experiences.

Patience Shutts
Patience is a gifted executive leadership trainer and an experiential facilitator. Emotional intelligence and somatic sensing are an integral part of her work. Her numerous original teaching visuals are catalysts for deeper reflection. Her background is in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, systems theory and she is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
She teaches conflict resolution skills “perspective sharing™” and the physicality of emotions. She is a generational family communication resource, a certified trainer for Points of YOU™ and enjoys opening hearts and minds worldwide. She truly believes that an honest, safe, and caring environment can change lives. Her philosophy can be summarised as; individual growth, together.

Bob Halperin
President, Alumni Forum Services
Bob is a recognized expert on forums, having co-authored the 2022 Harvard Business Review article “How to Get the Most out of Peer Support Groups: A guide to the benefits and best practices.” He believes every human being can benefit from being in a peer forum, and his approach to coaching and facilitation combines meticulous planning, a willingness to improvise to meet emerging needs, and a deep understanding of the business and executive mindset.
Bob is a YPO certified forum facilitator, previously served as YPO’s Chief Education Officer, and co-founded Alumni Forum Services to offer the benefit of forum to Harvard Business School alumni and other executive groups. Bob brings to his current work over two decades of executive education, consulting, and senior management experience including leadership roles at Harvard Business School, Babson College, and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Gulnar Vaswani
Inclusion strategist, board advisor, angel investor, and executive coach to CEO’s, Gulnar draws on a 20-year career across a wide range of industries and geographies. She is passionate about
helping leaders understand and embrace inclusiveness, cross-cultural dynamics, and diversity. Her work is shaped by a powerful blend of innate curiosity, business acumen, in-depth research, and extensive experience.
Gulnar has consulted with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies and is an active member of Young President’s Organization where she is also a highly rated forum facilitator & speaker. She is often called upon by her clients to share her cross-cultural expertise and insights into how to leverage the power of difference.

Gulnar now divides her time between Hong Kong, London and the US, and turns to nature, music, yoga and the arts for inspiration and sustenance.

Maureen Reid
Maureen’s passion is helping boards and senior leadership teams provide effective leadership so that their organizations can have the impact they aspire to have. With a background in law and adult education, Maureen has worked for more than three decades with board leaders and senior executives in a wide range of public, private and non-profit sectors including energy, financial institutions, construction, manufacturing, Crown corporations, education, health, arts and culture, tourism, professional associations and regulators, and others.
Maureen is a gifted listener, facilitator and question-poser. She is also an exceptional synthesizer of information and perspectives, a skill that helps both individuals and groups find the clarity they need to move forward with confidence. Clients appreciate her unique blend of practical wisdom and emotional intelligence.

Michael Bloch
Michael Bloch is an internationally recognized facilitator, trainer and leadership coach. He regularly works with leaders from the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Harvard Business School Alumni Association and many well-known privately held and publicly traded companies. Michael is an expert in helping leaders and executive teams build more authentic and collaborative relationships, get fully aligned around a shared vision and implement the tools and disciplines needed to execute on that vision.
In 2022, Michael was awarded YPO’s “Hickok Distinguished Service Award”, the organizations highest honor which its given to a member having a lasting impact on the organization. YPO is the world’s premier network of global business leaders with a membership of over 30,000 CEOs and Presidents from around the world.
Michael is a former EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementer and is a Certified System & Soul Coach. Kim Weinberg
Kim has over twenty-five years of experience in executive coaching, group facilitation, leadership development, organizational consulting, and University teaching. She is adept at navigating individuals and teams through significant challenges, exploration, and growth.
Kim is the founder of Coach In Motion, LLC, a Washington, D.C. area based coaching, facilitation, and consulting firm. She is a Certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University where she currently Co-Directs in the Institute for Transformational Leadership and serves on the faculty of the Executive Facilitation Certification program, holds a Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development from American University, and a BA degree in Communications, Psychology, and Organizations from Tulane University.
Kim has over 15 years’ experience serving 35,000+ executives worldwide in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as a Certified Forum Facilitator and global resource. Her true passion is to foster transformational growth within leaders, teams, and forums, as well as bringing Clear Communication into everyone’s vernacular.
Kim thrives on the challenge of living a balanced life in her core values of well-being, connection, courage, fun, and trust. To that end, Kim and her family travelled around the world for a year where they explored and gave back to local communities.
